The Cardin Center for Wellness welcomes Toni Forsyth MS, ARNP, FNP-BC. Toni is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with an emphasis in family practice. She has been a Registered Nurse for twelve years, with seven years of clinical experience in the emergency medicine, critical care, retail, and family practice disciplines and five years in the healthcare software field. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as her Master of Science degree in Healthcare Informatics in 2005 and Post Masters Certificate Nurse Practitioner degree in 2007 from the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City. Toni is a member of Phi Theta Kappa, Pi Lambda Theta, and most recently, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Societies.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, running, boating, biking, and walking her dogs.
